Use of the App
By using OmaDome C.A.R.D.S., you agree to use the app responsibly and in accordance with these terms.
Intellectual Property
You agree to respect the intellectual property associated with OmaDome C.A.R.D.S. and not misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the service.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for maintaining appropriate access to your account.
You are also responsible for the card and collection data you add, manage, or store through the app.
Subscriptions
OmaDome Pro subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings.
Purchases & Refunds
Purchases and subscription billing are processed by Apple.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through its Report a Problem system.

OmaDome may add, change, or remove features over time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated experience.
Availability & Data
Certain features may depend on internet connectivity, third-party services, market data availability, account status, or Apple's systems.
OmaDome does not guarantee that every card, value, market price, image, or data point will always be available or current.
Responsible Use
You may not attempt to disrupt, damage, misuse, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to OmaDome or its supporting systems.

OmaDome is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from use of the app, including decisions based on card values, market pricing, or collection information.
